If an item received is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will be corrected and replaced.

Replacements are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. All defective or misprinted items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
